The video above shows the functioning of the pressure sensing seat cushion we made. At first when the seat was switched 'ON' it started with the initializing state. Then once the initializing stage was over a person sat on it. After a while it can be seen that the person tilts towards one direction. When the pressure being exerted by the person on the syringe placed at that position remained constant for 5 seconds, the light corresponding to that region lit up to show at which region the person seated on the cushion exerts constant pressure and the buzzer 'buzzed' to get the attention of the patient's care taker.
